Group Training

Group Training at Meta Training Gym is included with every membership and designed to help you get stronger, move better, and stay motivated. Led by certified trainers, our small group sessions create a supportive, high-energy environment where you’ll be guided through structured workouts tailored to different goals. Classes include glute-focused sessions, full-body circuits, upper body strength, core, functional training, and weight training. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits, our group training keeps things fresh, challenging, and results-driven.

Recovery

Recovery is part of your journey at Meta Training. Included with your membership, we offer Normatec arms and legs, Hyper X knee therapy, and the Hypervolt massage gun to help you recover faster and train harder. We’ve also built a trusted network of physical and massage therapists for additional support when you need it.

1. What are your operating hours?
Meta Training is open Monday through Friday from 5 am to 10 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm.

2. What type of cardio equipment do you offer?
We feature state-of-the-art cardio machines including Ellipticals, Peloton Bikes, and Nordictrack Treadmills equipped with virtual trainers, as well as the iFit Mirror Virtual Trainer to keep your workouts engaging and effective.

3. What weight training equipment is available?
Our facility is fully stocked with a variety of free weights and strength training gear. This includes dumbbells, kettlebells, bench press machines, incline machines, squat racks, TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, and plyometric boxes—among other equipment—to help you achieve your fitness goals.

4. What recovery equipment do you provide?
For post-workout recovery, we offer specialized equipment such as:

Normatec Compression Sleeves (Arms & Legs): 
Enhance blood circulation and speed up recovery by applying dynamic compression.
Hyperice x Knee: 
Designed to deliver targeted relief for joint pain and stiffness through deep tissue vibration.
Hypervolt Massage Gun: 
Helps relieve muscle tension and soreness by providing adjustable intensity for a customizable massage experience.

5. How can I best use the recovery equipment?
Our recovery tools are designed to maximize your post-workout recovery:
