Group Training at Meta Training Gym is included with every membership and designed to help you get stronger, move better, and stay motivated. 1. What are your operating hours?
Meta Training is open Monday through Friday from 5 am to 10 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm.
2. What type of cardio equipment do you offer?
We feature state-of-the-art cardio machines including Ellipticals, Peloton Bikes, and Nordictrack Treadmills equipped with virtual trainers, as well as the iFit Mirror Virtual Trainer to keep your workouts engaging and effective.
3. What weight training equipment is available?
Our facility is fully stocked with a variety of free weights and strength training gear. This includes dumbbells, kettlebells, bench press machines, incline machines, squat racks, TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, and plyometric boxes—among other equipment—to help you achieve your fitness goals.
4. What recovery equipment do you provide?
